Our conference room has a capacity of 60-70 people and equipped with all necessary conference facilities such us CaTV, microphone, screen, overhead projector and ADSL internet connection.
With great pleasure we shall organize your conference or working session in one of our venues. Hotel Mongolia offers several meeting rooms for smaller Board Meetings and one multi-functional room for conferences capable of reserving 60-70 participants in an auditorium. The quiet environment, fresh air, natural surrounding combined with our qualified service and sophisticated cuisine will certainly contribute to the success of your business meeting or seminar.
For larger congress with up to 300 participants we shall prepare our restaurant “The Great Empire” accordingly.
Rates:
Seminar room $25.00 per an hour (equipped with tables, chairs, projector, screen, white board flip charts and microphones)
Tea/coffee break $3.50 per a person
