Activities of the current season
for Hotel Mongol Co., Ltd. started with hiking performed by German citizens
living and working in Mongolia.
Closing ceremony of this activity that is organized annually as a tradition is
held at Firework area of our complex and the number of participants has been
increasing from a year to a year.
Operation of our complex was comparatively very loaded in June, July and
August.
June 23. On the occasion of a work visit paid by the Russian Federation’s Defense Minister after 40
years from the last visit, Ministry of Defense of Mongolia organized Ceremony of
Honor.
July 2 -5. 10-th Assembly of the World Women Buddhists was held for the
first time in Mongolia
for four days in Ikh Kholgon Restaurant. Leading women Buddhists from every
corner of the world and the Mongolian delegates took participation in it and
they all accommodated in the complex. The Government of Mongolia gave an
importance and supported this event. Hotel Mongolia Company staff expressed
their thanks to Mrs Karma Lekshe Tsomo President of the Association of the World
Women Buddhists, who cooperated with us.
July 25. Transsiberia Rally which took their start in Moscow traveled 10,000 km and took their
finish in our Hotel Mongolia Complex. Reception and awarding ceremony for the
participants of the rally was organized in the complex for the second time.
They accommodated in the hotel for two days. The organizers of the Rally,
Director of Schalber Event Company Mr. Richard Schalber and Mrs. Heidy Nadler ,
expressed their thanks to the total staff of the of Porsche Company wished every
success to them. In addition they said it was a pleasure to announce that the
event would be organized annually as a tradition.
August 26. Welcoming reception was held in "Ikh Kholgon Asar" Restaurant of the
complex on the visit of the Minister of Defence of Qatar for the purpose of
making investment to the Ministry of Defense of Mongolia. The military officials
accompanied the Minister accommodated in the hotel.
August 26. Ministry of Justice and Domestic Affairs of Mongolia hosted a
welcoming ceremony for the participants of the World’s Second Conference on
Criminal Prevention of the Asian Foundation.
August 29. A party marking the victory of B.
Davaajargal, the 69-th sumo giant, who won the match in 15 rounds and opening
of the Hakuho Foundation was held in the complex. Sumo wrestlers arrived from Japan to
compete in Mongol Bashyo participated in the party and they enjoyed mini Naadam
Festival in the complex. They expressed that they were very impressed with the
event organized.
